We are opening a new office in Cyprus and are seeking an Office Manager to establish and maintain smooth operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee office management for smooth daily operations and an organized environment
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, manage deliveries, and take calls
• Coordinate with block management, cleaners, and maintenance to maintain a operational and clean workspace
• Ensure the kitchen and office supplies are well-stocked and maintained
• Assist with asset management, ensuring essential items are always in stock
• Provide necessary resources and workspace setup for employees and business partners
• Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs
YOUR PROFILE:
• Previous experience in similar roles or a willingness to explore new challenges
• Fluency in both English and Greek, both oral and written
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and changing tasksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• A valid driver's license
BONUS POINTS:
• Previous experience in HR and the ability to contribute to HR tasks and documentation
• Experience in handling documentation and workflow processes using tools like Monday.com and Notion
