Senior Affiliate Manager

What you will do:
- Working with existing and new partners
- Active search and attraction of new partners in various geos
- Working with incoming registrations from affiliates
- Establishing high-quality long-term relationships with partners
- Constantly looking for opportunities to scale traffic and increase profits
- Analysis of statistics on purchased traffic and investing effort to improve partners’ performance
- Assisting partners in resolving all issues and providing them with all necessary information and materials
- Maintaining the history of interaction with partners in the CRM system

What we expect:
- Experience in a similar role within iGaming vertical
- Deep understanding of the specifics of this vertical, active interest to the industry and desire to grow
- Established personal network of affiliates will be a significant advantage
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with affiliates
- Good working level of English and fluent Russian language
