Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the adult industry, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Media Buying: Manage and optimize media buying on adult ad networks, such as TrafficJunky, ExoClick, and TrafficStars, ensuring cost-effective and targeted ad placements.
- Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs, building strong relationships with affiliates to drive traffic and conversions. Maintain and utilize a contact list of affiliates within the adult industry.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and compliant content for marketing purposes, working closely with content creators and designers. Maintain and utilize a contact list of freelancers who can create content, banners, posts, and more.
- Tracking Systems Management: Utilize tracking systems like RedTrack, Voluum, or similar to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Employ project management tools such as Monday.com, Notion, or equivalent to manage and track marketing projects and tasks.
- Performance Analysis: Set, monitor, and report on KPIs, ensuring marketing efforts are achieving desired outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the adult industry, with specific experience in adult webcam and adult platforms within the last 3 years.
- Media Buying Expertise: Hands-on experience in media buying for adult ad networks like TrafficJunky, ExoClick, and TrafficStars, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing substantial budgets.
- Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in managing affiliate marketing programs in the adult industry, with a strong contact list of affiliates.
- Content Management: Experience in overseeing content creation for marketing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. A robust contact list of freelancers capable of creating content, banners, posts, and other marketing materials.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tracking systems like RedTrack, Voluum, or similar platforms.
- Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Notion, or equivalent.
- Strategic Planning: Strong ability to develop marketing strategies, create actionable plans, and set measurable KPIs.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
