We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Business Developer to join our growing biz-dev team. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a proven track record of successfully executing business development strategies.

⚡️Key Responsibilities:

• Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Partnership Development: Develop Company’s network of partners to boost sales
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients. Leverage your market insights to position our products and services effectively.
• Product and Service Expansion: Work closely with the product development team to provide insights on market needs and customer feedback.
• Networking and Relationship Building: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish a strong industry presence. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the fintech ecosystem.
• Fulfill Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive business development strategies. Align efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators related to business development efforts. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and actionable insights.

🧐 Qualifications:

• Experience in bizdev for FinTech or crypto companies
• Strong understanding of b2b sales.
• MUST HAVE! Proven b2b hi-volume sales, proven complex deals closure
• Exceptional networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• MUST HAVE! Proven existing network of perspective leads
• Big plus will be the previous work experience in fin-tech or in one of the following niches - ad network, hosting, marketplaces, any SaaS business.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with external partners and internal team.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Accuracy and structured approach to work and documents
cStrong negotiation and presentation skills.
Flexibility for occasional travel as required.
Languages: English (mandatory), Russian (nice to have)
