**Responsibilities
**- Analyze project specifications and drawings of to accurately estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for bidding on construction projects
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs for reference and analysis

Requirements &Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering
-Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail - Excellent communication

Responsibilities
-Preparation and planning of the budget of the Project in its area of responsibility;
-Cost control;
-Verification of the cost for additional works;
-Review and analysis of technical and commercial proposals of bidders in the course of tenders;
-Commercial negotiations with bidders and contractors;
-Monitoring the execution of concluded contracts (physical work progress and payments);
-Preparation of reporting to management;

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar field.
• English B2
