Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and appointments
Be the first point of contact for all office-related inquiries and visitors.
Oversee and become the point of contact for our landlords and soft facility management providers such as maintenance, cleaners, etc;
Managing daily office operations, including meeting room bookings, administrative tasks, and logistical support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support, liaising with the IT support company to resolve any technical issues efficiently.
Bring our office to life with exciting meetings, events, and socials that will connect our team.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and building management, as well as manage our office supplies.
Be a key player in creating an inspiring, inclusive office space that promotes creativity and innovation.
Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, positivity, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees.
Support with travel bookings as and when required.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our client is an asset management company (a single-family office) of an international investment group of companies, headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
Preparation and submission of VAT Returns for Cyprus companies.
Preparation of debtor and creditor reconciliations
Reconciliation of accounting records with audited financial statements
Possible communication with the auditors
Producing all reporting in the timelines given
Provide support for projects/engagements of the department
Requirements
A minimum of four years of accounting experience
Basic knowledge of IFRS principals
Good knowledge of Cyprus VAT regulations
Knowledge of 1C
Need to be proficient in precisely and swiftly entering data
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Proficient in Greek, and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work as a team player
