We are looking for a talented mid-to-senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. If you're passionate about AI and want to make a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.

Required Skills:
- 2+ years in startups or professional services firms
- Strong mathematical background
- Knowledge of ML algorithms and metrics
- Experience of putting ML models into production and evaluating their business impact
- Classification, regression, clustering and NLP skills
- Ability to conduct customer demos and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with big data and large language models
- Language Proficiency: English B2-C1, Russian B2

Desired Experience:
- Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Spark (basic knowledge)
- Pandas, FastAPI, Sklearn, PyTorch, Transformers
- Git, Docker, OpenAI API
- Hyperparameter optimisation and production model monitoring
- Familiarity with Databricks and code reviews
- Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, DataBricks, Airflow, Microsoft Azure, Azure AutoML
