COST CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:
• Project Costs & Budgeting control
• Analysing variances on forecasted profits and expenses
• Allocating costs to categories
• Gather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report
• Provide records to any change in scope/contract of work to be performed
• Prepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections
• Document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts
• Coordinate with Project Managers for cost report/control and ensure required information is properly coded and posted for Project Controls.
• Working with the accounting department to ensure alignment/balance with financial statements and other financial/schedule reports.
• Verifying contractors, subcontractors and suppliers invoices
• Process and Control the Payment Schedule – Payment Approval Process
• Communicating with stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Engineering QS or similar field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in cost control, accounting, etc
• English B2
