🔥Position: Graphic Designer (Team Lead)🔥

🔹Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in a managerial or managerial position in a design team;
- Deep understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, composition
- Experience in the design of various materials for printed products, outdoor advertising
- Experience of participating in creative campaigns
- Experience working with social networks, including creating visual content for SMM campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, AI-tools)
- Creativity, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, multitasking
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal customers and colleagues.

🔹Will be plus:
- Work experience in HoReCa and retail industries.

🔹Responsibilities:
- Design review of visual concepts: social media posts, promotional materials, identities, etc
- Design development of various printing products and outdoor advertising.
- Work on concepts and design for product packaging.
- Tracking the latest trends in the design of printed products and their implementation.
- Initiation of projects to develop templates of visual elements; search for more effective tools and approaches; task automation;
- Review of new components and updates of design systems and brand books; writing and maintaining technical documentation;
- Coordination with the marketing team and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Preparation and presentation of team work results; data collection and reporting on completed projects and team work;
