PLS DON'T SPAM❗️We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud contact center solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users and other team members
- Conduct training sessions for end users on Genesys Cloud contact center functionality
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices for contact center technology
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Genesys Cloud certification is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Russian language skills are a plus
