Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain job architecture, grading systems, and salary scales
- Conduct annual C&B analysis and support career path creation
- Manage benefits and calculate KPIs/incentives
- Communicate with employees and support total rewards packages
- Collaborate with HR streams (Recruitment, Admin, HRBP, Payroll)
- Support financial literacy programs and update company policies
- Handle budgeting and ad-hoc requests
- Provide analytics and forecasting

Requirements:
- 2+ years of C&B experience
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in companies with 500+ employees, IT preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (macros a plus)
- Intermediate English
- Understanding of HR processes and benefits administration
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to relocate
