Our team is looking for a legal advisor who will manage and oversee the legal aspects of our cryptocurrency exchange operations. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with changing global financial and cryptocurrency regulations, developing and negotiating complex contracts, managing complex data protection obligations, and providing strategic legal information to support the company's operations and growth. This position requires an active approach to work in difficult regulatory conditions, anticipating legal problems and protecting the interests of the organization while supporting innovative business initiatives.

🌎Duties and responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with international regulations regarding cryptocurrencies, including managing license applications, opening new business units and preparing for compliance with operational requirements in various regions such as the EU, UK, Latam and Asia.
· Be aware of changes in legislation and adapt the company's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements.
· Drafting, reviewing and approving a wide range of legal documents, including partnership agreements, supplier contracts and customer service terms.
· Manage contracts, paying special attention to ensuring favorable terms and reducing risks.
· Work closely with regulators from different regions to effectively manage license applications, requests, and regulatory requests.
· Advising on corporate law, ensuring the integrity of corporate documents, ensuring that all corporate documents, records and registries are accurate, up-to-date and reflect the latest legal standards and business practices.
· Manage the processes of opening and liquidation of companies in various regions, resolve all related corporate governance and legal issues, as well as ensure compliance with tax legislation.
· Identify the legal risks associated with running a business and recommend strategies to reduce them.
· Monitor the company's compliance with global data protection laws such as GDPR, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of customer data.
· Develop and implement reliable data management systems to manage the vast amounts of personal data of customers around the world.

👩🏻‍💻Qualifications
· At least a master's degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent law degree from a recognized educational institution.
· At least 3 years of experience as a legal adviser in the banking/financial sector, fintech or cryptocurrency sector.
· In-depth knowledge of international legislation on the regulation of cryptocurrencies, banking and securities in various regions such as the EU, USA, UK, Latham and Asia.
· Comprehensive understanding of corporate law, data protection law and tax law.
· Experience in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, as well as structuring transactions.
· The ability to independently handle and manage complex legal projects.
· English and Russian written and spoken C1
