Hello everyone! I’m Stepan, and I’m looking for new opportunities in Marketing and Product.

I have 10 years of experience in Marketing, including over 3 years in Product Marketing. I dive into data to shape the marketing strategy and processes, always with an eye on key metrics to find real growth levers for Net Revenue. Quick to test and quicker to cut losses, I’m all about efficiency. As an Agile devotee and strong manager, I lead with flexibility and speed, constantly aiming for profitable innovation. Honed on critical thinking and problem-solving, I've always been comfortable with any sort of case, no matter how difficult they were. For me, every action has to be measurable.
