Tech Lead Go +Ruby (Nice to have)
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.
At least 5 years of experience working with Golang.
Understanding of Ruby on Rails (RoR)
Strong in K8s, Terraform, Kafka, messaging, distributed systems.
Knowledgeable about AWS, Docker, and SQL systems
At least 2 years of professional experience in leading teams
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage software development teams
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
