IT Project Manager

Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for customers in the US, Europe, and Asia.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our team in Cyprus to oversee the successful launch of new products and infrastructure projects, new equipment and service delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Initiation and Execution: participate in the launch of new products and infrastructure projects, oversee the projects from inception to completion, act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure project alignment and collaboration.
- Gather and relay project requirements, updates, and feedback effectively to all relevant teams.
- Develop and maintain realistic project timelines considering inputs from all teams involved.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Implement and manage change control processes, collaborating closely with the development and R&D teams and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on project statuses in Confluence, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management within an IT setting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools like Confluence.
