We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team and lead our marketing efforts with creativity, strategic vision, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Position Overview:
The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our AI Companion Experience products. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in the adult and dating industry, particularly in digital marketing for webcam sites and dating platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, specifically for AI-driven companion experiences.
- Identify and target key market segments to maximize reach and impact.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy.

2. Brand Management:
- Overview of brand positioning, messaging, and overall image of AI Companion Experience products.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Innovate and refresh the brand to keep it relevant and engaging.

3. Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze and optimize digital campaigns for maximum performance. - Utilize data and analytics to measure ROI and effectiveness.

4. Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality and engaging content tailored to our audience.
- Develop promotional materials, advertisements, and multimedia campaigns.

5. Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. - Set clear performance goals and regularly evaluate team performance.

6. Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and influence.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers.

7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and optimize marketing spend.

8. Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Uphold ethical standards in all marketing practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CMO or in a similar senior marketing role within the adult, dating, or webcam sites industry.
- Extensive hands-on experience in digital marketing for the adult and dating industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
