🔸🔸 Мы ищем специалиста, кто обладает опытом поиска и опытом онбординга платежных провайдеров
. Для нас важна свободная коммуникация на английской языке (С1 и выше)
. Будет плюсом опыт работы в смежных сферах и с нашими юрисдикциями (Европа, Азия, ЛатАм).

🔹🔹 Role Description
As a Business Development Manager for payment service providers (PSP), you will be required to constantly seek ways to connect new PSPs and manage existing ones, improving payment acceptance rates. To achieve these goals, you will need to establish strong working relationships with PSPs and various departments that can assist in implementing necessary changes to achieve our overall goal.
🔹🔹 Responsibilities
. Participate in developing business strategies with payment providers in different regions (Europe, Asia, Latin America, and others).
. Identify payment solutions considering business needs and target market coverage.
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with payment service providers.
. Integrate payment solutions with partners to expand capabilities and enhance customer service quality.
. Optimize the quality and cost of payment service providers' services.
. Implement payment optimization strategies to maximize deposit levels and acceptance rates for both deposits and withdrawals.
. Analyze data and monitor cashier performance.
. Research and assess risks associated with launching new products or changes in products, jurisdictions, payment methods, etc.
. Monitor and optimize the payment acceptance system (cashier).
. Own, negotiate, and manage relationships with third parties related to payments and fraud, including banks, PSPs, verification providers, etc.
. Continuously take the initiative to identify errors and shortcomings in the system, prioritize them, and effectively inform relevant project management teams.
. Work with the business and external departments to resolve issues related to payment operations, risks, technical aspects, and fraud.
