Для своего клиента, крупной гэмблинг компании, ищу Head Of Affiliates / Head of Reputation (Office, Hybrid, Remote as an option)

Responsibilities
- Observe the current igaming and affiliate market
- Provide analysis about the affiliate environment and attend industry events
- Manage and optimize our affiliate program
- Control, optimize and further develop our affiliate channel in terms of Rating websites mediabuying
- Drive revenue growth, build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners
- Work with Country Managers to plan and execute affiliate marketing promotions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, especially on commercial matters in order to continuously improve marketing campaigns, offering the most competitive and effective CRM
- Hire, manage, teach and lead the team of affiliates

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager or Team Leader or Head of Affiliates within the iGaming industry
- Expirience in mediabuying in the field of Rating websites (such as casinoguru, bookmaker-ratings etc)
- Full proficiency in English and Russian
- Strong negotiation skills combined with hunger and drive to exceed targets
- Understanding of CPA/RS/Hybrid/Flat deals
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of all different acquisition verticals

List of useful connections within the industry of Rating casino websites would be a plus
