On behalf of our client, fast growing Real Estate company, we are searching for an
Accountant based in
Limassol, Cyprus.
RESPONSIBILITIES: · Ensuring that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner
· Verifying and the recording the invoices from suppliers
· Recording and checking the company bank statements
· Monitoring emails related to accounting department
· Directly communicating and paying the suppliers and services providers as required
· Checking all the banks balances in a daily basis
· Conducting regular bank reconciliation
· Recording and filing cash transactions
· Collecting all the documents for VAT submission
· Providing with all kinds of reports as per management requirements.
REQUIRMENTS AND SKILLS: · Associate’s degree in related field with work experience at least 1 year.
· Excel - advanced level.
· Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
· Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
· Fluent English.
· Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
· Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
· Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information. · Administrative skills.
