A product company in the gambling sector is looking for a Night Shift Customer Support Manager
Location: Europe, Georgia, Ukraine
📌 Remote work; 12 hours night shifts (solo): 20:00 to 08:00 GMT+3.
📌 Working schedule 2/2.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high quality responses to clients.
- Create bonuses in line with business expectations.
- Credit bonuses to real users.
- Maintain the effective statistics monitoring and timely reporting of fraudulent activity to prevent financial & reputational losses.
- Provide support upon request from other departments, for example, creating guides.
- Transferring issues to tech dept.
EXPECTED SKILLS:
- Minimum one year of commercial customer support experience.
- Experience working night shifts.
- Ability to efficiently manage large-scale bonus crediting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of fraud detection techniques.
- Skills in data analysis tools for generating insights and reports on fraudulent activity.
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex customer inquiries.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft.
- Fluent in Russian.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in gambling industry.
- Understanding of NFT-mechanics and mechanics of P2E-games.
