We are looking for a Head of Laboratory.

WAYVEE - real-time Customer Satisfaction analytics.
The next frontier in Retail Analytics – no camera, just insight.

Team. Our distributed team of approximately 40 individuals is focused on key functions: Algorithms & Machine Learning, Discovery Laboratory, Hardware & Embedded, Neuroscience, Software, Product & Delivery, People Partnership & Administration.

Location of the vacancy: Yerevan, Armenia/remote.

Responsibilities:
-Designing experiments, managing their implementation, and validating results.
-Continuous strategic development of the laboratory for effective experiment execution.
-Organizing personnel work.
-Addressing preparatory and organizational issues related to laboratory operations.


Requirements: 
-Higher technical education (preferably in physics).
-Experience in a laboratory manager/project manager position.
-Experience conducting scientific experiments in commercial projects.
-Experience in team formation and development.
