Affiliate Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:
Affiliate Monitoring:
- Oversee and manage the monitoring of affiliate marketing activities;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards;
- Analyze affiliate marketing data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Social Influencers Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate the activities of social influencers;
- Ensure that influencer promotions comply with regulatory and company guidelines;
- Develop and implement monitoring strategies to assess the impact and reach of influencer campaigns.
Regulatory:
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory and legislative requirements affecting the financial and marketing sectors.**
Reporting and Documentation:**
- Draft detailed reports and responses to regulatory inquiries;
- Prepare comprehensive documentation to support compliance efforts.

Requirements:
- Strong diligence and attention to detail;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing within companies related to financial services;
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with the compliance department;
- In-depth understanding of affiliates and social influencers;
- Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Polish, Lithuanian, or German;
- Highly desirable: proficiency in Russian.

Senior Tax/QI/AEOI Specialist**

Responsibilities:
- Keeping check on changes in IRS regulations, double taxation treaties, QDD/QSL regulations, industry practices that may need to be reflected in policies and workflows at the level of FRHC & subsidiaries;
- Advising management on specific tax compliance needs that should be accommodated at the level of internal policies, workflows, software developments etc within the FRHC & subsidiaries;
- Providing professional support and advice with respect to any matters that relate to the US tax withholding, tax compliance, tax reporting, and overall performance of QI obligations of the Company;
- Maintaining and updating registration of TCCs, Q-EINs, FIRE portal credentials;
- Advising the onboarding teams regarding particulars of specific non-standard client cases, helping validate W8-BENE forms and sort out complex self-certification issues;
- Advising corporate actions team regarding tax treatment of specific securities and income distributions;
- Reconciling internal USWT records with those of upstream custodians, communicating with the upstream on all issues related to tax withholding and reporting;
- Keeping track of reporting deadlines, preparing, validating and filing FATCA, CRS and 1042/1042s reports and following up on those reports with respective authorities as necessary;
- Analyzing new products and services introduced by FRHC & subsidiaries, and providing recommendations for USWT compliance;
- Supporting communications with IRS, auditors and tax consultants on any issues related to the performance of QI agreements, audits, advisory and action plans etc by the FRHC & subsidiaries.

Requirements:
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of QI agreement and respective obligations;
- Experience of preparing, reconciling and validating 1042s reporting;
- Experience of 2 years of track record with financial institutions acting in a WHQI or NWHQI capacities;
- Ideally, experience of successfully managing QI periodic review process;
- Good command of English language.

Regulatory Compliance Officer

**Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Liaison:**
-Serve as the primary point of contact with CySEC and other regulatory bodies;
-Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and stay informed of any changes in regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Assessment and Implementation:
-Evaluate newly published CySEC announcements, circulars, directives, and laws for their applicability to the company's activities;
-Ensure timely implementation of relevant regulatory changes within the company.
Reporting Obligations:
-Prepare and submit all required reports to CySEC in compliance with CIF obligations;
-Ensure accurate and timely reporting under MIFIR, EMIR, and SFTR regulations.
Policy and Procedure Monitoring:
-Assess and ensure that company policies and procedures are adequate to detect any risk of non-compliance with regulatory obligations;
-Ensure that these policies and procedures are established, implemented, maintained, and regularly reviewed;

Compliance Monitoring Program:
-Develop, construct, and execute the Compliance Monitoring Program;
-Regularly review and update the program to address any changes in regulatory requirements or business activities.
Training and Awareness:
-Prepare and conduct compliance training sessions for employees;
-Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations;
-Maintain records of training sessions and attendance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Regulatory Compliance Officer or similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of CySEC regulations and reporting requirements;
- Strong understanding of MIFIR, EMIR, and SFTR reporting obligations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Understanding and implementation RBA;

- Perform due diligence on new account applications and documents as part of client onboarding process to ensure the information is verified and compliant;
- Ensuring implementation of Company’s Clients Acceptance Policy and that it is fully followed;
- Performing match validation of clients initial screening and ongoing monitoring;
- Performing assessment of the client’s documents provided as part of clients due diligence;
- EDD checks and screening on clients;
- Internal investigations regarding client Economic profile, sanctions and regulatory status;
- Assisting the AMLCO with record keeping of Internal Suspicious Reports and AML Department investigations on submitted reports;
- Adhering to Record Keeping Policy.

Skills & Experience:
