Business Analyst (Advertising platform)

🔥 Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement.

We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Collection, systematization, and formulation of detailed requirements for the solution (User stories, Use cases);
• Management of the requirements lifecycle (handling change requests, analyzing and describing impacts on existing requirements, maintaining current requirements);
• Continuous interaction with the development team, business clients, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process;
• Verification that the developed functionality matches the original business requirements and the formulated solution requirements;
• Active communication with the product manager and product designer in the process of designing new functionality;
• Participation in product and internal process development, making proposals for their improvement.

📌 Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst;
• Background with marketing traffic, traffic distribution systems or CRM related to traffic management;
• Understanding and ability to describe User stories and acceptance criteria;
• English language proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level: written (all documentation is in English) and oral (communication with stakeholders, conducting presentations);
• Analytical mindset: you see the big picture and meticulously attend to details;
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive stance: frequent interaction with all interested parties and often proposing own ideas.

• You are able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders;
• You quickly adapt to new processes and are not afraid of the associated challenges;
• You are familiar with business process modeling notations;
• You are acquainted with the basics of product management and understand how to evaluate basic product metrics.
