* Mastery in product/marketing data analytics
* Expertise in LTV, conversion, retention, financial metrics
* Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, ClickHouse)
* GA4, GTM, Tableau experience
* English B2-C1 (other languages a plus)
* Bonus: Python, Airflow
