Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Solidity Smart Contract Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Solidity and DeFi protocols, as well as the ability to work with upgradable contracts. You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our platform's smart contracts, ensuring their security, efficiency, and compatibility with various DeFi protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity.
- Ensure upgradability and maintainability of smart contracts.
- Analyze and understand the functionality of various DeFi protocols.
- Perform reverse engineering to understand and integrate third-party protocols.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate smart contracts into the UFarm platform.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the DeFi and blockchain space.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Solidity programming language.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and mechanisms.
- Experience with upgradable smart contracts.
- Ability to analyze and integrate third-party DeFi protocols.
- Skills in reverse engineering and understanding complex codebases.
- Familiarity with blockchain security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a DeFi or blockchain-related startup.
- Understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and gas optimization techniques.
- Experience with tools like Truffle, Hardhat, and Remix.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
- Understanding of security best practices in smart contract development.
