**Product Manager position - Cryptocard

UTORG** is a fintech company holding VASP licenses and operating in 187 countries. We build digital products at the intersection of DeFi and TradFi, leveraging the world's cutting-edge technology.

Now we are looking for a Product Manager who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3.

Work format: remote
Employment: full-time
Salary range: 3000-5000 USD

Responsibilities:
**
**Take full ownership of the Cryptocard product, a bank card that can be topped up using cryptocurrency. As a user, this allows you to seamlessly convert your crypto holdings into fiat currency for everyday purchases.

Team and Reporting Structure:

1. Report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the company founders.
2. Lead a dedicated team comprising both backend and frontend developers.
3. Collaborate closely with a wide range of roles including the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Delivery Manager, Chief Legal Officer, etc.
4. Coordinate efforts with Level 3 (L3) and Level 2 (L2) support teams to ensure seamless product support and customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

1. Your experience:
     a. A minimum of three years in product management, specifically with card products such as those in classic fintech environments including banks, payment processors, card issuers, or companies like Mastercard and Visa.
     b. Alternatively, if you lack product management experience but have extensive experience in a banking context (risk management, operational management, etc.), and have worked directly with card products (debit or credit cards), your application will be considered.
2. Technical proficiency is essential, with a strong ability to understand technical details and actively participate in Product Requirements Document (PRD) development discussions, especially with the CTO.
3. If you are in love with Reforge, Zamesin, Krasinsky, Datalatte, and Gopractice – that is an advantage, as our product team is influenced by their methodologies and ideas.

Interview process:

1. HR Interview: A 45-minute session with HR to discuss your background and fit for the role.
2. Interview with the CPO: A 1-hour meeting focusing on your experience, product management skills, and critical thinking abilities.
3. Joint Interview with Founders and CTO: A 1-hour session to evaluate your skills and technical acumen.

We will see if there’s any need for a test case.

Key Performance Metrics and Expectations:

1. Performance Metrics: You will be evaluated based on several key performance indicators such as the card issuance success rate, assets under management (AUM), transaction volume, lifetime value (LTV), etc. These metrics should be analyzed in segments to provide detailed insights.
2. Full Product Ownership: You are expected to fully own the product, which involves understanding the legal aspects, managing the product backlog, formulating strategy, segmenting users, conducting analytics, and understanding unit economics.

Your KPIs for 1-3-6 months:

● 1 Month (Familiarization): Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product’s current state and its future vision. Begin by implementing small features or fixes to initiate immediate impact.
● 3 Months (Business Impact): Prioritize the most critical metric from those tracked, and contribute strategically to the product’s long-term direction.
● 6 Months (Comfort Zone): Assume full responsibility for all relevant metrics. Establish a roadmap to positively influence these metrics, and develop a strategic plan covering the next 6-12 months.
