📣 #vacancy for CY located candidates CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR

A Cyprus licensed corporate provider is looking for a corporate administrator (Limassol office).

The successful candidate will be part of the team which provides corporate and administration services to international clients. Additionally, in this role, the successful candidate is expected to act as an individual contributor, delivering high quality work with guidance from senior team members.

MAIN DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR position include, among others:
1. Full corporate support of the structures (companies, trusts, foundations), including but not limited to:

⏺Preparation, review, and execution of various administration services/documents including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates, powers of attorney, agreements and etc.
⏺Managing and supervising of companies’ formation and liquidation procedures.
⏺Preparation and handling applications to the Registrar of Companies and other authorities locally and abroad.
⏺Ensure that all necessary changes that need to be made with the applicable corporate authorities and/or agents and any applicable corporate reporting obligations are made appropriately and on time.

2. Collection and ensuring proper record keeping and compliance of KYC documentation.
3. Ensuring the portfolio companies comply with statutory obligations.
4. Preparation of various documents for certification, legalization and apostille.
5. Preparation and execution of bank account forms, dealing with ongoing banking requirements and communication with the banks/PSP whether in Cyprus or abroad.
6. Composing oral and written communication with the clients, cooperation partners, consultants etc. **
7.** Managing internal matters of the corporate department (invoicing, database and so forth).
8. Perform any administrative/secretarial day-to-day tasks
9. Any other tasks which are ancillary to the above

CANDIDATE PROFILE

⏺Previous experience in a similar position in the corporate sector, including practical experience in corporate secretarial administration is essential.
⏺Proficient in both Greek & English (written & spoken), knowledge of Russian will be an advantage.
⏺Good knowledge of the Companies law and the Registrar of Companies procedures and filings.
⏺Knowledge of Compliance/AML procedures required to maintain Cyprus Registered Structures compliant will be an advantage.
⏺Able to handle multiple priorities, attention to detail, time management and excellent organizational skills.
⏺Computer literacy.
⏺Professional discipline and strong work ethic.
