👩‍💻We are looking for: Underwriting and Compliance Account Manager
🌴Cyprus or remote

Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients regarding the compliance and availability of necessary documents
- Work closely with the sales team to receive and process new requests for project initiation
- Ensure the client registration process adheres to the internal checklist
- Assist in responding to inquiries and obtaining timely completed questionnaires from clients
- Use the CRM system for storing and uploading information
- Conduct a general risk assessment of clients and document portfolios in collaboration with management
- Collaborate with internal departments for the efficient resolution of tasks related to new client registrations
- Work closely with the management team to improve client services

Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to quickly build positive relationships
- Client-oriented and highly empathetic
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at the C1 level
