🚀An International Tech company leading in the broadcast graphics industry is looking for an operational **Tech Lead Developer (C++ & UE4/5).

**⭐**About the company:
**The innovative platform enables the rapid creation of virtual studios, augmented reality (AR), extended reality (XR), and mixed reality (MR) environments.

📍Location: **Remote (CET Zone)
**Head Office is in Oslo, Norway.

Requirements:
✔️Over 5 years of low-level development experience, preferably in C++;
✔️Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
✔️Experience working with CI/CD processes
✔️Project management experience with the ability to plan tech strategy implementation and drive tech initiatives;
✔️Experience with testing;
➕At least some familiarity with graphics APIs and shader languages, including
DirectX and HLSL, is an advantage;


Responsibilities:
● Lead the planning and development activities for VideoIO;
● Become involved in the codebase, gain a good overview;
● Create and maintain a vision for the future of VideoIO, based on how we want it
to work;
● Work with the CTO and VP of Engineering to fit VideoIO work into planned release
schedule;
● Act on feedback and bugs, align the team to quickly fix showstoppers, and plan
to avoid them in the future;
● Work with our unit and integration test suites, expand them and optimally replace
them;
● Research and evaluate technology options;
● Ensure the teams’ technical delivery;
● Participate hands-on in software development and coding.
