We are looking for a CTO for an IT infrastructure solutions provider based on dedicated servers.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning IT infrastructure and optimizing the company's technological development strategy within the global strategy and development plans.
Development, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure and information security systems.
Responsibility for the security, reliability, availability, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure.
Planning and implementation of IT projects, including migration, integration, deployment, audits, and evaluations.
Implementation of optimization strategies for data center operations considering the company's needs and energy efficiency standards.
Ensuring comprehensive management of customer solution architectures.
Development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards for IT infrastructure.
Budget planning and management.
Building effective teamwork, partnerships, and interaction between departments and other teams.
Researching technology market trends, infrastructure solutions, and incorporating them into the technology development strategy.

Requirements:

5+ years of similar work experience in IT service companies.
Higher technical education.
Deep technical expertise in optimizing IT infrastructure and data processing center operations, understanding network architecture, server principles, databases, and other hosting infrastructure systems.
Deep knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
Basic administration of Linux, MacOS, Windows.
Management skills and the ability to analyze team performance.
Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
Willingness to travel.
