RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Dealing with the day-to-day administration of the companies
• Liaise with service providers on compliance, legal, tax, and corporate structuring matters
• Provide legal support to the overall activity of the company
• Assisting with opening bank accounts and other payment solutions, providing KYC documentation
• Assist in business development initiatives
REQUIRMENTS AND SKILLS:
• University degree in the relevant field
• 2+ years of work experience in the field of corporate administration, dealing with banks and other payment solutions
• Understanding of principles of preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Proven ability to work with international/multinational companies
• Ability to take responsibility and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Stress resistance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mid-senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our finance department and back-office department. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing support to both departments. Limassol, Cyprus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to
accounting principles.
• Prepare and submit IR4 and IR1.
• Collaborate with the finance department to provide timely and accurate financial data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Act as a liaison between the finance department and back office department, facilitating communication and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, as needed.

or irregularities.
REQUIRMENTS AND SKILLS:
