We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Legalization Manager for a modern IT company. Due to ongoing relocation and project legalization in Serbia, the team requires a professional capable of effectively interacting with government bodies and ensuring the legal authorization of employees.

Responsibilities:
Submitting applications for obtaining residence permits.
Interacting with Serbian government authorities regarding legalization matters.
Communicating with employees regarding legal authorization issues.
Handling documents and filling out spreadsheets.
Collaborating with the HR team and legal department.
Resolving non-standard situations and cases.
Experience working with foreigners from various regions of the world.
Knowledge of Serbian labor legislation.

Requirements:
Higher education.
Initiative, autonomy, responsibility.
Ability to quickly solve problems.
Discipline and punctuality.
Proficient in Excel and Google Docs.
Proficiency in English at B2 level and Russian at no less than B1 level.

Would be a plus:
Familiarity with the euprava service.
Management experience.

Working Conditions:
Schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00.
