👉 Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across systems.
• Provide technical support for dev and production environments.
• Monitor and optimize resource usage and system performance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance DevOps practices.
• Manage global CDN configurations for improved content delivery.
• Oversee SSO systems, databases, and ensure regular backups.

👤 Requirements:
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced skills in using Git, Helm, and Terraform for configuration and orchestration.
• Demonstrated proficiency with modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience managing API gateways for high-traffic applications.
• Skilled in continuous monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Ability to script and automate using languages like Python, Bash, or Go for system tasks and deployment.
• Experience in cloud architecture and operations, with a strong understanding of AWS.
• Extensive knowledge of Git and familiarity with GitOps workflows.

Nice to have:
• Proven history of contributions to open-source projects, excluding minor changes such as README file updates.
• Profound knowledge of container technologies including Docker, and experience with Kubernetes orchestration.

🔍 The IT Service Manager will be responsible for managing the corporate IT service, supporting users with corporate tools, enabling integrations, managing accounts and permissions, and overseeing IT purchasing.
The role includes managing the Cyprus office IT and remotely supporting users across the globe while defining and developing IT guidelines and policies.

👉 Responsibilities:
 User Support:
- Provide comprehensive support for corporate tools such as Slack, Gmail, Atlassian stack, Asana, Miro, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for local and remote users. Define and preserve SLA for issues resolution.
- Configure and manage user accounts and permissions across various systems.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users with IT tools and services.
- Provide remote support to users, ensuring they have access to necessary tools and services.
- Use and configure remote support tools to assist users efficiently.
 
Administration, Integration and Management of corporate tooling:
- Enable and manage integrations between various corporate tools.
- Register and set up new cloud and on-prem services and tools as required by the company.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between different software and hardware systems.
 
Office IT Management:
- Manage the IT infrastructure of the Cyprus office, including network, printers, conference rooms, etc.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of office IT resources.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect office IT assets (access and video systems).
 
IT Purchasing and Inventory Management:
- Manage IT purchasing for employees, including software, notebooks, monitors, and other equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely procurement, renewal and replacement of equipment or prolongation of services.
 
 Policy Development and Compliance:
- Define and develop IT guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and basic security practices while dealing with IT.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
