QUALIFICATIONS
- Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies for PPC platforms (Google Ads, Yandex Direct), mobile & desktop DSPs, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a focus on grey niches such as gambling, betting, fintech.
- Manage and optimise campaign budgets across various channels to maximise ROI.
- Utilise data analytics to identify performance trends, optimise campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and develop winning strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account management, retention) to ensure campaign success.
- Generate comprehensive reports to track campaign performance and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience navigating advertising restrictions and regulations within grey niches is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or similar role.
- Proven track record of success in achieving campaign objectives within the realm of grey niches (gambling, betting, etc.) - experience in Fintech is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Yandex Direct) and programmatic buying (mobile & desktop DSPs).
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads advertising options and targeting capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to optimise campaigns.
- Experience with campaign reporting and data visualisation tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
