🏆 Title: Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities
🔥 Monitor production environment
🔥 Report bugs and issues to the development team
🔥 Resolve tickets when possible
🔥 Automate routine tasks
🔥 Investigate errors and issues at all stages of the application, including effective communication with stakeholders if needed

Requirements
🔥 3+ years of relevant experience
🔥 Experience with monitoring systems like Grafana
🔥 Knowledge of SQL and database queries
🔥 Knowledge of log analysis tools such as Graylog, Elasticsearch, Kibana
🔥 Additional experience with New Relic is a plus
🔥 Basic programming skills, especially in Python, are a plus
🔥 Excellent command of English and Russian languages
