💥We are looking for a HR People Partner to join our office in Larnaka, Cyprus.

💥Main requirements:
-1+ year of experience in HR, in IT companies would be a plus
-Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs/Word
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with teams
-Ukrainian as a native language
-English B1 and higher (while supporting in documents preparation)

✨Would be a plus:
⠀
-Experience in moderating general meetings, conducting follow-ups
-Energy, proactivity, desire to understand new, non-standard and related processes and tasks
⠀
✨You will deal with and be responsible for:
⠀
-Participation in the full cycle of HR processes: preboarding for newcomers, communication with the team, assessment of the microclimate in the team
-Advising employees on HR policies, procedures and processes
-Support in preparation and maintaining HR documentation
-Participation in HR-activities to increase the level of employee engagement
-Support of office activities (communication with administrative services)
