We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team

Responsibilities:

🔹Working closely with Product Manager in order to discover, validate and design solutions for the most demanded by customers improvements and features;
🔹Translate business requirements, user feedback and technical limitations into meaningful product improvements;
🔹Own the end-to-end design from rough ideas and sketches to high-fidelity prototypes;
🔹Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features are implemented at the highest quality;
🔹Develop and keep design system updated in order to focus on user & business needs maintaining speed and quality;
🔹Work collaboratively with other designers to maintain product consistency;


Requirements:

🔸5+ years experience as UI/UX designer for mobile (iOS, Android) and web-applications for customer-facing products;
🔸The portfolio is a must (Most importantly mobile applications and web services);
🔸Good knowledge and experience with designing user flows using JTBD, User Scenarios or other notations\techniques; User-Centred Design orientation;
🔸Solid knowledge of Figma; Good understanding of practices of mobile and web front-end development;
