🔴What you'll be doing:
-Lead and Manage: Take the reins of VIP customer service, organizing and supervising everything from marketing campaigns to direct customer outreach for retention and upselling.
-Build a Great Team: Hire and train customer service agents, fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive through your encouragement and leadership.
-Work Across Teams: Collaborate with our Risk, Fraud, and Payments teams to ensure all transactions adhere to AML and KYC standards.
-Enhance Customer Experience: Continuously refine how we engage and serve our VIP customers, aiming to boost their satisfaction and loyalty.
-Optimize Resources: Manage your resources wisely to meet both the quality and quantity goals of our service operations.
