What will you do as a CRM manager?
• Create and maintain triggers for transactional emails, push campaigns, in-app messages, etc.
• Implement CRM campaigns, measure and analyze results
• Understand all user acquisition and churn funnels, connect main steps to CRM campaigns
• Own, manage, improve CRM marketing analytics
• Generate, implement, and analyze hypotheses for improvement

**We expect:
** • Proven experience in CRM marketing for more than 3 years
• Advanced level of written and spoken English (additional EU language is a big advantage)
• Deep understanding of CRM marketing stages
• Knowledge of main CRM campaign tools, services and solutions
• Skills in copywriting/editing texts
