I'm a Project manager with 5 years of experience in creating B2C and B2B services and bringing them to new markets. Also, I've been the Head of the business and system analysis department for 4 years and built this function from scratch in a company of 3000+ employees. 
I worked with the markets of the CIS, Europe, and a little of the USA.
My areas of expertise are international and domestic logistics and e-commerce, but I quickly adapt to new ones (there are supporting cases).

I know how and love to create teams, products and business processes from scratch.
In operational management, I prefer tasks when I need to make a transparent, working system out of chaos and improve metrics.

The role name doesn't matter. I'm open to suggestions and ready to negotiate. I live in Spain on Digital Nomad visa.
