We are looking for a team member Fraud Protection Solution Engineer
Tasks to solve:
- Provide strong client engagement.
- Formation of customer expectations from the results of services.
- Preparation of project documentation.
Elaboration with customers of the product implementation architecture.
- Conducting seminars and trainings.
- Delivery, installation, and configuration of solutions at the Customer’s site.
- Provide technical support and consultations on how to implement Mobile SDK & JSt.
- Remote deployment and customization of solutions.
- Ensuring the functioning of the solution on pilots and during the subscription.
- Technical customer support.
This role is perfect for you if:
- Minimum 1-year experience in solution engineering, technical project management, bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science
- Any relevant project management related experience in IT (especially in cybersecurity).
- You have experience working cross-functionally to solve complex problems
- You are an excellent communicator, can articulate clear priorities, and gain support to pursue these developments.
- Experience in web or mobile development – a big advantage.
- Fluency in the English (Spanish languages welcome), both written and verbal (mandatory).
What else we appreciate in our team:
- Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP)
- Customer-oriented approach: good sense of urgency, going deep into customers’ problems and propose a solution
- Experience with Python/JavaScript/TypeScript or another programming language
- Mobile development experience: Swift, Objective-C, Java, Flutter, React Native, etc.
- Experience working with RabbitMQ, Kafka and HTTP RESTful API services;
- Ability to travel within the LATAM region.
