💡Position - Compensation and Benefits Specialist

🌟Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a total compensation program that aligns with the company’s strategy and is fair and competitive across different locations and roles, including remote positions;
-Design benefits package that complies with legal requirements and meets the needs of our employees;
-Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation;
-Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial, and nonfinancial compensations
-Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;
-Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders about compensation and benefits programs, policies, and practices;
-Develop and track success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs;
-Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices;
-Calculate bonuses for all locations.

🌟Requirements:
-At least 2 years of relevant experience (HR, Accounting) and a wish to continue career in Compensation & Benefits;
-Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels;
-Expert-level expertise with Excel, Google spreadsheets;
-Good command of English (upper-intermediate level and higher);
-Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and decision-making skills;
-Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
