🔹Who are we looking for:

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role is located in Limassol with flexibility for some remote work.The plan is to expand the team, so it's a position that can be quickly promoted to a team lead role.


🔹Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software
Ability to work independently and remotely


🔹Advantages:

Experience with tech sales, especially with B2B products
Understanding in current AI technologies
Marketing background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
