We are looking for a Personal Assistant.
Core responsibilities:
-Manage CFO’s daily schedule, reviewing, identifying and handling gaps, overlaps or conflicts.
-Attending meetings, assisting in organizing, preparing for, and documenting meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up actions.
-Support CFO’s in tracking and managing various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
-Maintain records and databases, keeping track of important information and contacts.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
-Coordinate and facilitate communication between CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
-Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
-Handle other requests and queries appropriately.
-Provide administrative support.
**Must have requirements:
**-Good level of English, Greek, Russian & other languages will be the plus.
-Cypriot or EU passport.
-Great written and verbal communication skills.
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy schedule and handle various responsibilities effectively.
-Flexibility and composure in a fast-moving environment.
-Strong sense of initiative and self-driven attitude.
-Ability to research and source ad hoc information.
-Strong attention to the details.
-Tech-savvy and experienced MS Office user.
-Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking.
-Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
-High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communication.
**As a plus
**-Experience working in the IT sphere.
