Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates by applying successful sourcing strategies – build smart booleans, select suitable recruiting channels and find ways to approach potential candidates by direct contact
- Own the recruitment lifecycle: post job ads, apply active sourcing strategies, organize and conduct job interviews, manage offers and rejections and build a reliable candidate pipeline.
Profile Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful recruiting / active sourcing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting (+2 years)
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
