An International Tech company operating in the broadcast graphics industry is looking for an experienced Support Engineer.

📍Location: Remote (EET Zone)

⭐️Notable Clients: CNN, BBC, SkyNews, etc.

Requirements:
✔️Fluent English (both written and spoken);
✔️Experience handling inbound technical support contact;
✔️Good technical problem-solving skills;
✔️Knowledge of Javascript, Uneal Engine / Blueprints, REST / Json API is a BIG PLUS!

Responsibilities
● Issue Resolution: Address customer issues, collaborating with them to solve technical problems.
● Technical Support: Analyze and resolve support tickets logged via our portal or phone.
● System Maintenance: Ensure systems operate at high quality; troubleshoot and set up production systems efficiently.
● Customer Communication: Update customers on their issues promptly and professionally.
● API Support: Analyze web service APIs to facilitate system integration.
● Software Testing: Participate in lab tests for new software development.
