Join as a User Acquisition Manager at a product company specializing in lifestyle and fitness mobile applications, with over 100 million users around the world.

🔍 Skills & experience you need to thrive in this role:
- proven track record in managing hundreds of thousands in ad spend;
- experience in managing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing budget and ROI;
- experience within Tier 1 markets, particularly in a fast-paced environment;
- understanding of SKAdNetwork rules;
- fluency in English;
- experience working with B2C health and fitness is a nice-to-have.

🔵 What you will be doing:
- developing and implementing a full-funnel performance marketing strategy for both web and app;
- creating and optimizing Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns for positive results;
- testing and scaling new paid channels such as Pinterest, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, Twitter, and other traffic sources;
- continuously experimenting with different landing pages, creatives, and strategies;
- developing UGC (User Generated Content) creatives;
- working closely with our Product team to help identify, prioritize, and deliver on growth initiatives.
