🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates
• Analyze performance data to monitor affiliate activities
• Negotiate and review affiliate agreements and commission structures

⚠️ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong
understanding of the CIS/Kazakhstan market
• Fluent in Russian and English, Kazakh is a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing practices and channels
