🟣 **What are you going to do?

**- Manage the entire recruiting process. Perform selection of specialists, CV analysis, maintenance of candidate database, conducting initial interviews, support for the candidate during all stages of the hiring process;
- Perform internal and external research on various job sites (including non-standard and social networks);
- Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create a portrait of the ideal candidate for each position;
- Conduct onboarding processes.


🟣 What you'll need:

- 1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
- High communication skills in English (B2+) and fluency in Russian (C1+);
- Experience in managing recruiting processes in Marketing, Digital, Influencer Marketing and Content Creation field;
- Proven track of successful closing vacancies;
- Demonstrate proactive behavior and high energy, motivated by a deep passion for recruitment;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode, effectively prioritize tasks and quickly adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic work environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at all levels in a professional, articulate manner.
