**Your responsibilities will be:

Building social media strategy for agency clients and agency itself.
Executing strategies through the team of internal and external colleagues.
Setting goals and reach numeric KPIs - followers, engagement.
Building multistep funnels in social media to reach commercial results.
Building communities in social media inspired by the content we post.
Creating inspiring and at the same time commercial-driven social media accounts.
Ongoing analysis of your activities and constant improvement.
Presentation of your results via simple well-structured keynotes.

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

Proved 5+ years of experience
Page development, engagement increase, influence collaborations, viral content cases are must
Great knowledge and experience in Social Media
Leader by nature
Strong strategic thinking - you can see the whole picture, and understand all factors influencing the result, as well as their weight
Goal-oriented and purpose-driven
Strong project management skills
Strong time management skills
High energy level
Strong logical, analytical & structural thinking
You know what effective communication is (not just talking or copy-pasting) and how to work in big teams
You can visualise complex matters in a few simple slides easy for everyone to understand
Creative mindset
Strong copyright skills
